My Fairfax colleague James Joyce (true!) has written a survey of my cartoons for 2016 to accompany a gallery of the year that was (I picked the first 7, and wrote a couple of comments, James picked the rest).

A spike in global temperatures in February has lifted warming beyond 1.5 degrees above pre-industrial levels. Australia has responded to the climate emergency by proposing to cut back on researchers working on climate monitoring and modelling, and by trying to claim that our emissions have peaked.
